Every customer is assigned a Customer Program Administrator who is responsible
for providing assistance and professional support in the areas of customer
service, customer record keeping, and order processing/invoicing. The Customer
Program Administrator is the key link in servicing customer accounts by acting
as liaison between the sales representative, the customer, and production
staff. Our Administrators have strong organizational skills, an attention to
detail, and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
It is the policy of our administrators to return all phone calls within 60
minutes. Our administrators answer their own phones and do not have voice mail.
John Gray's clients are our first priorty, any issues are resolved quickly, and
our clients are never stuck speaking to a machine or answering service.
