White Castle
White Castle's nationwide recognition program encompasses every employee, who receives a new lapel pin for each year of service. As White Castle grew, they continued honoring employees but were running into confusion. With each location doing their own record keeping, it became difficult to know who had received an award, and who hadn't.
John Gray's experience came to bear, and they were able to remove the administrative burden to White Castle, without increasing the price of the lapel pin. John Gray organized a central administrative effort, and developed an accountable packaging and labelling system. John Gray provided efficiency and high quality at no extra cost.
