Toyota wanted to provide employees 2000 one-time gifts in commemeration of an acheivement. John Gray was happy to accomodate their needs.
Toyota's requirements were specfic, including a surprise that had to be pulled off right the first time. In a 1 hour window, John Gray delivered 2000 emails, which were waiting for employees upon their return from a celebratory luncheon.
Toyota also required minimal administrative overhead for the commemoration. Once again, John Gray was happy to oblige. Employees received a choice of awards, and all award ordering materials were provided in email and online forms.
John Gray provided a Toyota web portal through which Employees ordered and received their awards directly. All awards were drop shipped directly to the homes of the recipients.
The benefits for Toyota were great, after developing the mission, no additional time or energy was required on their part to administrate and implement the program.
